Whether you are looking to get in great shape and want to do Pilates for fitness, or if you are recovering from an injury, I work closely with you to evaluate your strengths and your weaknesses, and then I tailor a workout just for you on the Pilates apparatus. Equipped with a Reformer, Jumpboard, Ladder Barrel, a Split Level Combo Chair, Magic Circle, Foam Roller and all of the accessories you will need.
I begin strengthening and toning your body - from your deep abdominal's (your core) to your upper body, to your glutes and lower body, releasing back pain, shoulder and neck pain, and improving your mobility. I'll watch you closely for correct form and we will strengthen and shape your body quickly. You will feel the difference immediately and you'll find your time doing Pilates a sanctuary from your hectic day to day routine.
