Experience the power of Private Pilates with all of the attention focused on you, carefully curating a workout that is focused on your needs and goals. Sessions are taught in a beautiful and peaceful environment.  I have a HEPA air purifier and for your optimum safety, everything is sanitized. 

The first session is 75 minutes, which includes going over your history and an assessment.  All sessions thereafter are 55 min.

1 Private Session-  $110

MONTHLY PACKAGES 

Priced according to how many times a week you attend  

(pro rated if you are traveling or you begin mid month)

4 pack (1x a week) -   $340

8 pack (2x a week) -   $680

12 pack (3x a week) - $995

30 min sessions

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to not lose a session. Sessions can roll over if you have to miss due to work, travel, illness, if cancelled outside of 24 hours.

PILATES FOR FITNESS - One Hour designed just for you, pushing you to your personal best to gain incredible abdominal strength, get toned, lose inches and make you  overall fit from the inside out.

REHAB PILATES: Working to make you pain free and strong in areas that are troubling you.

STRETCH, CENTER AND BALANCE - Re-center and balance your body with apparatus assisted stretching. It involves light movement and deep stretching to leave you feeling long and loose and wonderful all over.

PILATES FOR BREAST CANCER RECOVERY: If you've had surgery and are experiencing limited movement capability and pain, I can work with you to expand your movement capability and reduce your pain. You will experience greater range of motion, renewed upper body strength and increased energy.  This program has been put together by a leading occupational therapist specializing in breast cancer recovery, who I have worked closely with.

ALL IN PERSON SESSIONS REQUIRE BEING COMPLETELY SYMPTOM FREE OF ANY ILLNESS.  IF YOU WERE AROUND SOMEONE SICK AND YOU THINK YOU'LL BE COMING DOWN WITH SOMETHING, PLEASE CALL OR TEXT AND STAY HOME.

YOU'LL BE THE ONLY PERSON IN THE SPACE WITH ME.  ONLY ONE PERSON AT A TIME WILL BE WORKING OUT.

My space will be completely sanitized and disinfected between clients.

Pre-paid packages are non refundable but transferable.
